Monday 11/29 - Day off for running, but balled full court 5 on 5 for the first time in years. It was pretty ugly. Considering I haven't shot a basketball in years either, I shouldn't be surprised. But this thing is weekly. Two months from now, watch out.

Tuesday 11/30 - Ran on campus down Sorrel, Iron Gate, then through Boulger Center. Felt like crap from basketball, pretty winded, too. New pair of shoes.

Wednesday 12/1 - Ran down to canal and back. Felt fairly crappy again. Physically, feel OK. IT is good, slight discomfort in right achilles, nothing big. Been working on strides/minute ... average about 165-168 right now.

Lifted/abs during free period in morning.
Friday, 12/3 - Off - Had to deal with DMV, then drive to Richmond. I finally got DC plates. Slightly sad to see the CT ones go.
Saturday 12/4 - Ran in Richmond with Molz, Hunter, Hille. Ran around St. Christopher's, Patterson, Three Chopt area.

Sunday 12/5 - Down to the canal and back. First half with Dave. Very windy.
